Question on HP printer event logs

I have an HP laserjet 4000N. When I print the event log how to I translate what the error means. For example a 13.1.50. From my understandings the 13 is a paper jam, 1 is from tray one, What does the 50 stand for.
I keep getting repeat paper jams with this error. I have looked on HP’s web site but cant find this error. Any advice?
