QuickBooks Pro on W2K Terminal Server

I know that Intuit says that their product is not designed to run in a terminal server environment, but has anyone been able to get the app to run properly?

We have it installed on our TS and can all get to the app, but the settings for each session are established by whomever starts the app first.

Any ideas?
