QuicTime Player on PC

I was unsure what is causing my problem therefore I chose “Other.”

I purchased a digital camera and it has the ability to capture movies, although very limited. It came with QT Player. The problem is sometimes it will lauch with virtualy no lag, others it will take a considerable amount of time, and still others it won’t launch; the latter resides in the Close Programs windows but is not open application…!!? I have tried to run the EXE through the command line, through the listing of programs, threaded my way to its folder and tried there, and still uninstalled it and reinstalled it, TWICE!!! What is wrong?
