R-studio And Data Recovery

I don’t know howto tell if files that I recover will be corrupt because I seem to be doing that alot and just wasting my time in the long run when I try to test those files and they don’t run at all. Please someone help me with this! I’m trying to recover data from almost 100 gb hd system and feel i’m wasting my time. And i’ve read the help files also and they don’t go into full summary’s
