RAID 0 WHIT MULTIBOOT W98/WIN2000 PRO

what is procedure to put windows98 and windows 2000 on multiboot whit raid 0 for video editing whit windows 2000.I have 2 hdd 60g quantum as,board abit vp6 whit 2xp3-1g
raid on board.I read on internet is possible to put not same drive and same size whit raid.Is true yes or not.Because if you put 2 drive same name and size you have chance if one fail other one fail to.Because is make same batch.Thank you marc-andre
