Raid 5 Crash

I walked into a situation where a RAID 5 setup with 3 Disks crashed.When I started the server I recognised it as a motherboard battery failure. Replaced the battery and received a no boot sector failure. I then found out that the techs had switched the hard drives around and did not know the original order. Then they changed the ROM order in the RAID utility. Is there any way to figure out the correct order of the drives?
