RAID Performance Matrix

I am looking for detailed performance information on the difference between various raid implementations.

For example, in I/O per second how much faster is RAID 0+1 than RAID 5 in terms of reads and writes? What impact does multiple controllers have on the equation? What are the implications of block size?

Any white papers / web sites would be helpful
