RAM beeb

I have an ASUS P4XP-X MB(BUS 533) With Celeron 1.7 GHZ (BUS 400)and Diamond 128 MB DDR (BUS 266) and I have installed my old S3 Savage4 Pro Vga With 32 MB of SDram (BUS 66), everytime I restart the pc after a period of work it gives me the ram beeb and i simply push the restart button and the beeb stop. when i open the bios setup it tells me the the system loaded defaults last time you restarted becuase there was some problem of overclocking…. what can I do!
