RAM Drive with Windows ME

I have windows ME and I would like some program to download that lets me have a RAM drive of unlimited size. I can give more information if necessary.

PLEASE: Do not just say that Windows ME can’t use RAM drives, you will be rejected. Only answerif you have an real answer. Thanks in advance.
