Random ReBoot

I have an old machine running a J-Mark J-TX98B Motherboard and a Cyrix processor (233MHz approx) with Win2000 SP3 installed. 198Mb SDRAM

About once a day, it will simply reboot itself without warning – no error messages, nothing. I have been told that this is not unheard of with some old motherboards & Win2000. Alternatively it could be a hardware problem, but I don’t want to go chasing hardware glitches if it is “just the way it is with that Motherboard”.

Does anyone have any wisdom onthis one?
