RAS Clients not able to access network

I have a Windows 2000 server with a 4 port modem. Users can dial in and obtain good IP connectivity. They can do everything, browse the Internet, get mail, and telnet to other IP’s, but they can NOT access network shares. This is a serious issue with us. PLEASE help.
