RAS hands out bad subnet mask & gateway

Hi,
i have a NT server running RAS that is handing out good IP’s but faulty subnet mask and default gateway. I have tried allocating a specified range of IP’s- this works for the IP but not the rest. DHCP is the same thing. help please on getting all fields correct???
