RAS Server Migration

We have created a new domain and are migrating our old servers & machines to it. I have encountered a problem with moving the RAS servers though, they have been issued static IP addresses from the new domain, but when users dial in they are still issued addresses from the old IP range. I have checked the Remote Access Service properties and these are set to DHCP.

I am totally confused and any help would be appreciated.
