RAS VPN

I had configure my server as Remote Access server. and configured.

I have tried log in to it using VPN.

It can log in. but my main issue here is that i cant search for my server name and cant even ping my server ip let say 192.168.0.1, that means i cant even share files and printers .

I have checked, when i logged in to VPN my ip is 192.168.0.221.

What other things i need to configure??
please help….
