RDBMS design concepts

Hi friends,

I will be working in an area related to dB design and maintenance w.r.t ERP shortly. I need to clear my understanding about the same.

Could someone please clarify the difference between the terms ‘Schema’, ‘Meta-Schema’ and ‘Meta-data’ or point me towards a source of information (online) about the same?
