Rdisk too big

Does anyone know a way to create a repair disk for a Windows NT server where the repair information (registry) is too big to put on a single floppy? The normal rdisk craps out and dies, and I am left with a useless floppy and no way to restore my system if it dies the death.

Help would be much appreciated!
