RDP disconnect

I have users that connect through the RDP webclient. After sitting idle for a while the users then start to use the application again and receive a VBScript:remote desktop disconnected an internal error has occured. I then used the Advanced cleint to troubleshoot and it returns the error code 2308 (Socket Closed). The timeout is set at 8 hours and the users are nowhere near this timeout. Any ideas?
