Re-install DUN on NT4WS

My predecessor probably did a registry hack to remove all traces of DUN on an NT 4.0 Workstation. I DO NOT want to re-install the OS. If anyone has a workable way to add DUN back to the product mix without a complete OS re-install I would greatly appreciate it.
