Here is my system from a BelArc report:
Board: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. 7IXE 1.1
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 62710 02/29/2000
800 megahertz AMD Athlon
No memory cache [BelArc reports this value is often incorrect for AMD
Athlon chips]

My registry setting for the L2Cache was value=0 [for 256 kb] which I
believe is the correct one for my mobo/chip

But when I run the vbs file you listed, I get a return of
L2 Cache = 3072 kB

???? is the vb code also unable to read AMD Athlon chips?
