Reapplying Client Add packs Win 2000 SBS

Can anyone help?
I am having trouble adding client add packs pretty stupid I admit, non the less I have 35 client add pack disks. The server will only take 25 of them. the last two I get this error.
“Your client access licences are already at or above the number this disk is good for”. I think it’s possible that the disks were entered in the wrong order. I would like to reapply them. Can anyone help? Thank YOu
