Hi!
My computer reboots from a bugcheck and I get this message in the event viewer:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000f4 (0x00000003, 0x865a7a48, 0x865a7bbc, 0x80604418). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini061307-43.dmp.
It seems to be happening every 18 minutes when the computer is idle!!!! This does not coincide with the screen saver (set at 10 minutes) and the hard drive is set to never go to sleep… I know there are a bunch of things I can check but I was wondering if that strange frequency could point to the problem? It seems that if we are using the computer, it doesn’t do that…
One more thing that I noticed is that one second prior to the save dump, I get two more eventlog messages:
Event 6009:
Microsoft (R) Windows (R) 5.01. 2600 Service Pack 2 Multiprocessor Free.
And Event 6005:
The Event log service was started.
Anybody has a clue besides doing a clean install and holding my breath hoping that the problem will go away?
Thanks,
Julie
