Recyle bin

About 2yrs. ago I lost my RECYLE BIN. Somewhere down the line I deleted it.
So everything I delete is gone, and I must make sure I want to delete.
This is very inconviate.
I would like to have my recyle bin back.
I’ve tried to get this questionanwsered before and nobody could do it.
