I am in charge of creating a technology library for my unit before we get stationed overseas. I have a budget of over 2000 dollars to ensure we have all the books / manuals / study guides to help us do our job better. We will be working with Windows 2000 computers, operating a 2000 server and using Cisco routers. I was told I could purchase certification books as well as any other book either to improve knowledge or help better ourselves while overseas. I am looking for suggestions on which books you believe would be a good buy and help us gain knowledge and get certified when we return from Iraq.
I have a decent knowledge base but my 5 soldiers are beginners who have limited knowledge of troubleshooting / networking.
