Regarding Connecting Of Two Harddisk

Hi,

I am having one problem.I have two Harddisk and two cdrom.I connected but it’s showing me one harddisk and two cdroms.I connected my primary harddisk to IDE1 and one cdrom with it.With IDE2 I connected second harddisk it but when i connect my second cdrom it does not boot.
So can anyone help me in it.Please guide me how to connect 2 harddisk and 2 cdroms.
