regarding find files/folders ….. clear

hi ,

i have a small query to clarify from you. if possible
try to give me a reply in the return mail.

query:
in the windows os computer we will use findfiles tab to locate which files are needed from the harddisk. And when we click run button from the start menu, we can give our commands or the tasks to run in the
system. but i want no other person should see what are all the searches i have made in the system. when other person uses the system.

how should i prevent doing so. if there is any technique kindly tell me.
