RegEdit Tool – ASAP

Hello, I have the following scenario: I need to change the User Profile Path and Home Directory to 900 accounts. Is there any tool that i can use through the registry so I can replace the old User Profile Path and Home Directory. It is kinda tediousdoing it account by account.
