Registry changes

I made some registry changes to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies. I added a string so i cannot access the registry, dos promt, or the Administrative tools. Is there a way to fix my changes since i cannot getin those tools.
