Registry Changes won’t stick

Undid NoNetHood and attempted to “unhide” certain drives and the changes I make won’t stick. I tried the same changes on another system and they worked fine. I don’t have a NoSaveChanges tweak in the registry so I’m not sure why I can’t make them stick. Any ideas ?
