registry editor opens on startup

I would like to know how to stop the registry editor folder from opening when I start my laptop. It is a dell insperion 3800 running windows ME. I have checked (Start – RUN – MSCONFIG – Startup tab) and it doesnt seem to have any thing there to get it going.
