Registry entry of Terminal Server

Hello,
I need help badly. For some reason i lost the licensed number of the terminal server. Now i need to upgrade the windows 2000 to a new machine but i can’t do it because i don’t have the licensed number.

Can somebody tell me where in the windowss 2000 registry resides the licensed or productid of the terminal server?
