Registry Error Popup Window…

Greetings. Every now & then we receive this popup error message from Registry Editor: “Cannot import C:\Windows\kak.reg:Error opening file. There may be a disk or file system error.” This is a Win98se PC with plenty of disk space and ram present. Any thoughts? Thanks!
