Registry Merge

I need to find out how to merge a reg entry without it asking “if it is ok to merge the entry” and then letting me know the “entry was successfully merged” I have put a reg merge file in the startup folder of all users so that who ever logs in this reg file will modify the reg for them. As it is now when a user logs in it runs the merge, but ask if it is ok to do the merge and then lets you know it was successful. I am running a Windows 2000 Pro workstation box.
