Registry tweak to remove the default “Sa

I am using win95/98 in a peer to peer environment. I am looking Registry tweak (Or some other solution) to remove the default “Save Password” check in the “Save Password” dialog box when connecting to password protected, shared, network resources. I must have the option to save passwords but not default to save password. The System Policy Editor has be no help, although I may have overlooked it.
