Reinstall 32-bit VxD file

I am currently working on a Toshiba laptop in which a virus corrupted the 32-bit VxD file. I have since removed the virus, but now when the machine boots up it has an error saying “DLHCEP.EXE is required to support 16-bit applications it must be loaded in the autoexec.bat” How can I reinstall the VxD file?
