Reliable Backup Solution

Does any one know of a reliable backup soloution for windows 2000 server that is a fordable.

I use Windows 2000 server backup and it is shit. I read all the Microsoft docs but to no a vail. I see the problem with the Removable Media Service. I would like a large recordable media that could be seen as a drive leter in my computer so I could write Batch File Backup.
