Reliable Flash Drives

My employer is nice enough to supply us with a flash drive for work use. The model given to me is a 2gb drive that is FAST. Trouble is, I’ve had to have it replaced twice in the last 6 months. The first time, it started throwing up errors while accessing files until it totally died a few days later. The second time, the USB connector snapped off. I’ve been given the green light to get a new one; but want to go with something durable. Speed is not so much a concern as durability. Anyone have a favorite brand or model that’s held up well?
