Relocation

Currently, there is 1 PDC, 1 BDC (running WINS & DHCP & as a file server) on site A and there is 1 BDC (running WINDS & DHCP & as a file server) on site B. Site A runs IP address in range 198.x.x.x and site B runs IP address in range 10.x.x.x . Theplan is to move all server systems from site A to B and use the site A’s IP addresses (198.x.x.x) on site B. Appreciate someone can help me understand the following :

Question:
after the move to site B, is 2 WINS and 2 DHCP still require ? shall that one on site B be deactivated ? any advantage gain if both are still running ? or what is a recommended approach ?
