remapping a hotkey sequence

Have 8 Compaq 380s running in a rack with a central keyboard,monitor. The hotkey for going between sessions is the printscreen. Would like to produce documentation via screen snapshots , but this won’t work with the Compaq monitor/keyboard utility. How can I change the sequence to capture a screen to another sequence that won’t interfere? Thanks
