Remote Access

My client has had NT Server 4 sp5 for quite some time now with very little problems. Just a few months they needed to have a few of their people use dial-up networking to access the server. Well this has been a total disaster. No one is able to have access to the files they need due to a password that is required by the server to access the folders on the server. I have tried various different setting with no luck.
Everyone I have talked too says that RAS is easy and simple. Well I need help, big time.
All of the users (remote) have Win95 with all current updates installed.
