Remote Access Service problem

Hi,

I have a server running NT4 sp6a. The LAN uses fixed IP. I have installed remote access recently. I am using dial-up to login and connected at 31.2kbps. Callback also enabled and working fine.

The problem is, I am unable to let the client access his/her own folder. That is possible while connected using LAN. How could that happen?

They can only access folders with access specified to “everyone”. Is there a special user group for remote access user?
