Remote access using XP

HI,

When I remotely access ausers PC via XP remote connection on a Win2k Terminal server enviroment. I can log in as the administrator, but when I go to leave the PC …I only have the option of “disconnect” on the Start button. If i disconnet this leaves the users PC locked by the administrator. I hva e to unlock it or they have to rebbot without doing it via windows.. I have chcked the properties on remote access. I use remote assitance and it will let me reboot or , log off or shut down the remote PC but I have to be invited. some things I do after hours without the user available so I would like to be able to logoff, shutdown or reboot the work station while in remote access. I can access my win 2k servers remotely and do see this options.
