Remote Accessing using pcAnywhere

I recently purchase a software called pcAnywhere to do a remote access connecting two PC through a modem. I manage to set the configuration to where my computer does the “Remote” while my client pc as the “Host”. I was able to dial up into his computer and I was successful in the first attempt, but when my client computer tried to call back, the connection was terminated while my “Remote” computer is still waiting for the “Host” computer to connect.
