Remote Admin for Ex 2K from Win XP Pro

I want to do remote control for Exchange 2000 server from Win XP Pro. I don’t have any problem in control Active directory after I installed Adminpak for Windows XP. But I’m not able to install Ex Sys Admin program when I try to install it on my WinXP machine, and it asked me to install Windows 2000 Administrative tools. Could you please tell me how I resove this problem?
