Remote control software for Windows

I read, and then lost, a notice of new remote control software offered at the end of March, beginning of April. It maintained that a user could have a downloadible file on their website which once executed by the recipient, would host their machineto an outside client. Hopefully via the internet. Anyone else here heard about this new offering?
