Remote Dial up

my office webserver is with BOS2K with ded. DSL line . I have a Modem installed in a workstation win2k pro different domain partipating in the same network or connected to the same router.
I am able to connect from my residence to the above office place and get access to emails(outlook to Exchange 2k ) but not to internet why ??

if someone could help me in this.
