Remote Install of Windows 2000 Server

I am attempting to install copies of Windows 2000 Server (Not Pro) over a network. I have looked for information on how to create a boot disk that will allow me to access my main server, which has all of the Server installation files in a separate directory on it, that I can boot my PC’s with and NET USE a connection to the server. If anyone can give me any guidance to how to accomplish this task, or can direct me to some rescources about doing this very thing, I’d appreciate it.
