Remote Installation…. How to…

Hello Sir,
Few Days Back i got one doubt in windows Nt.That was “Is it possible to install windows Nt use cd to another system which is in network “. what i mean to say is i maintain 4 systems in network one day no.3 system crash then i plan to reinstall windows Nt There.Then insted of connect a cdrom to that no.3 system and put NT cd then doing installation.Is it possible to install that throw another system.

Please give me ans..fast..
