Remote installation serives

I have a windows 2000 adavanced server SP1 running remote installation services. I’m am looking for advice on upgrading our exsisting images to w2k service pack 2. Do I just upgrade the server to service pack2. Or do I need to upgrade each image to sp2 to accomplish this and How can I do this?
