Remote Installation Service Install Fail

I am attempting a RIS install via boot floppy. The text mode portion of the installation goes to the point where the progress bar says ” Starting Windows 2000.”

At this point, The screen goes black, flashes back to the text screen, then goes black again and the PC locks up and does not respond. I have recreated the install image to no avail. The PC is fine as I had Win2K installed and running fine before I wiped it to do a RIS install.
