Remote printing Applications W/Win2k TS

I currently have an accounting software on a NT 4 Server, and am accessing it via the net through a Win2k Server using terminal server and a program comparable to citrix, called Tarantella express. I can access and use the accounting software, but can only get it to print to the printer attatched to the server. I need to be able to print to a remote printer, is there any switch i didn’t turn on? All help, is truly appreciated.
